𝖎𝖈𝖑𝖆𝖘𝖘𝖊𝖉 does not warrant or approve the unauthorized use of works protected by applicable laws involving copyright, intellectual property rights, other titles or rights related to intangible properties, patents, trademarks, service marks, logos, software and all proprietary information.

Single license of exclusive works including those obtained particularly by individual person client are strictly exclusive, such rights are personal in nature and may not be shared with, distributed, transferred or otherwise assigned to anyone else including electronic and printed or hard copies.
𝖎𝖈𝖑𝖆𝖘𝖘𝖊𝖉 exclusive works are proprietary in nature including but not limited to consulting processes, methodologies, architectures and strategies, and client- or business-customized and exclusively designed and tailored learning, education and training programs; and project delivery output.
𝖎𝖈𝖑𝖆𝖘𝖘𝖊𝖉 intermediary works are provided by 𝖎𝖈𝖑𝖆𝖘𝖘𝖊𝖉 and partners as their solutions and services, however, it is maintained, managed and owned directly by its licensors, owners and/or creators, and may or may not necessarily have 𝖎𝖈𝖑𝖆𝖘𝖘𝖊𝖉 exclusive works in it. All provisions such as service agreement, intellectual property rights, and without limitation to, security and privacy are all issued and provided by its licensors, owners and/or creators.
